Returns

All dolls house returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the item and must be in the same packaging and state as delivered. If your dolls house is damaged in transit we will replace any damaged parts immediately. If you are unhappy with your dolls house you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Returns must be made by courier or recorded delivery.
