This is a very unique basement the bay windows of elm cottage actually extend down to the basement and there are also side windows.

The basement is made from MDF which makes it very strong and stable and also gives a very smooth finish for painting.

The basement comes in kit form with full instructions and is very easy to put together.

The inside of the basement is accessed from the sides with the two side panels opening. The interior of the basement has two large rooms with the dividing all having an opening for a standard sized door. The front path is removable for storage.
