The Laurels Doll House

The Laurels doll house is a town house with a bit extra, it has a large room on each floor plus a 150mm wide hallway featuring a staircase with a landing half way and a returning flight. All this room without taking up too much space. The attic benefits from having a mansard roof making the rooms very usable. The basement is part of the house and when you open the house front it reveals the basement rooms.

The Laurels is made from 9mm MDF making it very strong and it will be delivered to you in kit form. The kit is very easy to put together and comes with full instructions. The kit comes complete with stairs, handrails, landings, spindles and newels.

The Laurels has five large rooms giving you enough room for a kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom and nursery. Many people with town houses opt to have a separate outside toilet.

This house is made unique by it's double front windows on the first and second floor and it's attached basement. It is a very grand looking town house and looks absolutely beautiful when painted.
